I first met Jennifer when she was a 14 year old school girl with her long plaits. She was very quiet and shy and was always reading. I remember her meeting John and later on getting engaged and marrying him. Jen was a very private person and what I told her in confidence never went any further. She was a fantastic cook and homemaker. She fought her illness for so long never complaing and mostly keeping it to herself as she didn't want to bother or worry anyone. I've always admired her strength. Such a beautiful person, selfless and such a lovely smile, thinking of others before herself. When we lost Eugene Jen and John were there for us and I thank them for their help and thinking of us. John has been her rock (as it should be) and they were devoted to each other, he was with her continuously throught their married life and her illness. She once told me she kept going for John, her boys ,Grandsons and families. Time to rest now my lovely Jen. Mum, Dad and Eugene are with you. R.I.P
